HOW TO MAKE VEGAN SAUSAGE STUFFING

Vegan Sausage Stuffing is hearty and delicious, perfect for Thanksgiving or any holiday dinner!
– 3 tbsp dairy-free butter – 1/2 yellow onion, diced – 3 stalks celery, chopped – 3 garlic cloves, minced – 1 pound vegan sausage – 1 tsp paprika – 1 package stuffing mix – 2 tbsp fresh parsley – 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth – Salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1: In a large skillet, melt dairy-free butter. Cook the onion and celery over medium heat, stirring occasionally until vegetables are soft. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 2: Add plant-based meat to the skillet and let cook, crumbling apart using a wooden spoon. Season and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in stuffing mix, fresh parsley, and vegetable broth 1/2 cup at a time. Stir to combine and let simmer until broth disappears. Serve warm with additional chopped parsley.
