Smoked Salsa Recipe

This homemade smoked salsa blends together fresh tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice for a bold and smoky dip.

ABOUT THIS RECIPE

– 4 tomatoes, quartered – 1 onion, halved – 1 jalapeno, halved – 3 garlic cloves, peeled – 2 tablespoon olive oil – 2 tablespoon lime juice – 1 teaspoon salt

INGREDIENTS

Preheat smoker to 225F and prep ingredients.

Smoke for 90 minutes. Remove and let cool.
