– 1 pound dried bread cubes – 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 onion, chopped – 2 carrots, chopped – 3 celery stalks, chopped – 1 pound bulk pork sausage – 1 tbsp chopped rosemary – 1 tbsp chopped sage – 1 tbsp chopped parsley – 1 tbsp chopped thyme – 1/2 tsp sea salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
Cook the sausage.
Cook the vegetables.
Season and toss with bread.
Pour broth and stir together.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
