• 2 pounds beef chuck roast • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour • 1 large onion • 3 garlic cloves • 4 cups beef broth • 3 medium potatoes • 2 medium carrots • 2 medium parsnips • 1 tbsp dried thyme • 2 tsp salt • 1 tsp pepper • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce • 1 cup frozen peas
Brown the meat and saute the onion and garlic.
Add veggies and seasoning to slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve warm and enjoy!
