• 1 pound dried pasta • 1 teaspoon olive oil • 1/4 cup harissa paste • 1 can coconut milk • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

INGREDIENTS

Cook pasta then drain. Stir remaining ingredients together in a skillet until thickened.
