1 pound green beans 8 ounces sliced mushrooms  2 tbsp butter or oil 2 cloves of garlic 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 3/4 cup vegetable broth 1 cup non dairy milk Salt and pepper, to taste Fried onions, for topping

DIRECTIONS

Cook green beans, set aside. In a skillet, cook mushrooms in melted butter. Add garlic & cook until fragrant.

DIRECTIONS

Make creamy sauce by stirring in the flour to fully coat the mushrooms. Add the broth and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat and add dairy-free milk. Transfer to casserole dish. Cook at 400F for 15 minutes. Serve warm!
