No dairy? No eggs? No problem! This delicious dairy-free and egg-free french toast recipe for 2 comes together with 7 simple ingredients in under 30 minutes.

For this eggless french toast recipe, we'll be using store-bought vegan JUST Egg. This product is great for scrambles, baking, and more!

STEP 1: In a shallow mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup JUST Egg.

STEP 2: Add 1/4 cup dairy-free milk. Feel free to use your favorite. I prefer oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk.

STEP 3: Add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar. Vegan, if needed!

STEP 4: Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

STEP 5: Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

STEP 6: Whisk everything together!

STEP 7: Quickly soak 4 slices of bread in mixture.

STEP 8: Transfer to warm greased skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with toppings of choice, such as maple syrup, powdered sugar, and fresh berries.
