HOW TO MAKE BRUSCHETTA

This Easy Bruschetta Recipe comes together with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.  The perfect quick, easy, and delicious dairy-free appetizer!

Start by brushing the tops of each baguette slice with olive oil then rub with a peeled garlic clove. Bake at 450F for 5-10 minutes, or until toasted.

As the baguette slices toast, combine olive oil, grape tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.

Once toasted, top each baguette slice with bruschetta mixture. Serve drizzled with an additional balsamic glaze, if desired. Enjoy!
