– 1 cup dairy free milk – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1/3 cup olive oil – 2 tablespoon lemon zest – 2 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 2 cups all purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup blueberries

INGREDIENTS

Combine ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
