– 1 cup granulated sugar – ¼ cup cocoa powder – 3 tbsp all purpose flour – ¼ tsp salt – 2 cups dairy-free milk – 1 tbsp plant-based butter – ½ tsp vanilla extract
Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium-sized saucepan. Whisk in milk.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and whisk constantly for 10 minutes.
Once thick, remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve over biscuits!
