– 1 fresh baguette – 3 cups diced peaches – 1 ½ cups diced grape tomatoes – ¼ cup chopped fresh basil – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon salt
Cut baguette into ½ inch slices and place under broiler until toasted.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Stir and set aside.
To assemble, top toasted baguette slices with bruschetta and serve!
