• 1 pound green beans • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms • 2 tbsp butter or oil • 2 cloves of garlic • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour • 3/4 cup vegetable broth • 1 cup non dairy milk • Salt and pepper, to taste • Fried onions, for topping
Cook green beans, set aside. In a skillet, cook mushrooms in melted butter. Add garlic & cook until fragrant.
Make creamy sauce by stirring in the flour to fully coat the mushrooms. Add the broth and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and add dairy-free milk. Transfer to casserole dish. Cook at 400F for 15 minutes. Serve warm!
