    Before we get cooking, I want to share my favorite brands with you to make grocery shopping a little bit easier. Over the years I have sampled several dairy free, egg free, gluten free, vegan, and plant-based products. Here are the specific brands I recommend.

    • Dairy free milk alternatives: Silk, Good Karma, Three Trees.
    • Non dairy cheese: Violife, So Delicious, Follow Your Heart, Daiya Cutting Board, Chao, Treeline, or homemade oat milk.
