If you read my previous post about how I'm taking the minimalist approach to decorating for the holidays this year, then you know how excited I was for these new pieces!
I spent about $50 on new decor for our fireplace mantel and repurposed other items we had around the house. I'm not sure the lanterns near the fireplace will stay there, I may move our basket with blankets closer, for a more cozy feel.
Simple Holiday Fireplace Decor
I will likely continue to add a few more pieces and maybe some more greenery, but here's what we have so far!
Tall Lantern: I love the metal lanterns, with their leafy green pines and pinecones! They look way more expensive than they actually are.
Short Lantern: The artificial candles have a little flicker to them but they're so adorable with the fireplace going at night!
Beaded Garland: This wooden beaded garland is perfect all year round! I think if I add some greenery to the mantel, these will really compliment everything else.
Ceramic Snowman Set: I love these little guys so much and can see placing them in different areas throughout the house in coming years.
Ceramic 3-Tier Tree: Of course the snowmen needed a christmas tree! I love how simple yet stunning it is.
Lastly, I've had this lantern set below for years and they're great! I plan to pop some tall candles in them to tie everything together!
