Host a festive holiday party with the ultimate Winter Bruschetta Bar! A packed platter that pairs perfectly with Coca-Cola®.

If you're hosting an upcoming holiday party, don't stress about what to serve! Put together this winter bruschetta bar, bursting with festive flavors. Pair with the classic taste of Coca-Cola® for an effortless and timeless treat!

I bought my Coca-Cola® at Walmart. Their 2 Liter and 6 pack (16.9 oz) bottles are perfect for holiday gatherings with friends and family! Hover over the photo above and clickthrough to purchase Coca-Cola® for the holiday season.

Winter Bruschetta Bar Ingredients

The bruschetta is the star of the board! Make your own easy bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and basil or grab some at the store. Here are some more paring options:

  • Dried fruit
  • Grapes
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Crackers
  • Pickles
  • Olives
  • Nuts
  • Artichokes hearts
  • Sliced mini sweet peppers
  • Basil pesto
  • Jam

How To Make Bruschetta

To make homemade bruschetta, start by cutting a fresh baguette into ½ inch slices. Brush the tops with olive oil and toast in the oven. As the baguette slices toast, combine quartered grape tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Transfer bruschetta to serving bowl and top toasted baguette slices. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator. Bruschetta can be made ahead of time and often times tastes better the next day, once all the flavors have really had time to mingle.

Assemble Winter Bruschetta Bar

Grab an oversized cutting board or serving platter that will act as a base for everything. Toast baguette slices about 30 minutes before guests are supposed to arrive.

Place bruschetta in a large bowl. Arrange additional topping around the bowl. Don't forget small serving plates, utensils, and napkins!

Have Coca-Cola® and water stationed next to bruschetta bar with drink ware, ice, and reusable straws.

The key to putting together an ultimate winter bruschetta bar is to have various flavors and textures! That's why I chose juicy grapes, festive pomegranate seeds, crunchy dried fruit, briny pickles, salty nuts, and savory crackers. All of these ingredients compliment the bruschetta and pair perfectly with a crisp classic glass of Coca-Cola®.

Share The Magic

'Tis the season of giving! Rather than have friends and family bring gifts, encourage guests to bring an item to add to the bruschetta bar. This board is so easy to throw together!  In minutes, you'll have a pretty and packed platter.

Since your guests are brining the bulk of the ingredients, you have more time to focus on decor and drinks. While shopping, keep your eyes out for the iconic Coca-Cola® Polar Bear label! It really brings the festive holiday magic to your table.

The Ultimate Bruschetta Bar

This bruschetta bar requires minimal prep work, making it ideal for a stress-free holiday party! No "real cooking" is involved, simply determine which ingredients you want to include, head to the grocery store, and assemble.

There are endless combinations according to taste and preference. Want to add more fruit and veggies? Have at it! Need more protein? Add your favorites! Throughout the party if you notice the toppings are getting sparse, simply fill in the spaces with additional fruit, crackers, and garnishes.

The best part – clean up is a breeze! Since everything is in one place, you can offer guests leftovers effortlessly. If you still have leftover toppings, store them accordingly then wash serving dishes and drink ware.

This winter bruschetta bar is perfect for brunch, luncheons, snack time, happy hour, and more. Simply assemble, serve with a cold glass of Coca-Cola®, and enjoy with friends and family!

FUN!! I never would have thought of so many creative toppings for bruschetta. This would jazz up any party. Maybe offer different Coke flavors for guests to experiment with various pairings.
