Don’t let Super Bowl Sunday sneak up on you! Whether you’re hosting a party, attending a watch party, or just in it for the commercials, you’ll need food! Keep it simple. From dips to pull-apart bread and blondies, what’s not to love?
To be perfectly honest, I only watch the Super Bowl for the half time show and commercials. AND of course, I’m in it the food!! I don’t know much about football or the teams, so I won’t even go into that. What I do know about is food and snacking. My husband lovingly calls me the snack queen… What can I say? I love nibbling on my favorite treats.
I’m not hosting or attending any Super Bowl parties this year but I will be making enough food to feed the teams. Here are a few of my favorite game day bites! They’re all quick, easy, and vegan – perfect for everybody.
Black Bean Dip
Grab your food processor and enjoy this super simple and flavorful homemade black bean dip!
Vegan Queso
Here it is! The hidden veggie queso / cheese sauce, a favorite among everybody I know. Use it as a dip with chips or mix it with pasta for an easy mac n cheese.
Spinach Hummus without Tahini
Add some nutrients to game day with my spinach hummus. Feeling ambitious? Whip up some homemade pita bread to go along with those veggie sticks.
Basic Guacamole
Who doesn’t love guacamole? This basic recipe will become your new go-to for game days and Taco Tuesday! Need a basic pico de gallo recipe too? Here ya go.
Homemade Soft Pretzels
Say what? You heard that right! Make your own soft pretzels in less than one hour.
Pull Apart Garlic Loaf
This fun garlic loaf is perfect for parties. Plus, who doesn’t love garlic?
Greek Pasta Salad
A party classic with a twist. This fresh and lighter pasta salad is great for crowds.
Chocolate Chip Blondies
You can’t forget about sweets during the big game! These chocolate chip blondies are perfectly chewy and indulgent.
Have fun cheering on your team and sharing food with friends! Let me know which recipe you’ll be trying this year.
