If you've ever gone home after indulging in awesome restaurant style black bean dip only wanting to recreate it yourself, do it! I am here to tell you it is SO simple and you'll be dipping your chips or veggies in within minutes. Seriously!
For some reason, I always thought making black bean dip would take a lot of time and patience. Thanks to my food processor (or blender) it takes just minutes to form a delicious dip.

Easy Vegan Black Bean Dip
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans drained and rinsed
- ½ yellow onion roughly chopped
- ½ jalapeño roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. To serve, transfer black bean dip to a bowl. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
