Fajita Vegetables make a great side, awesome salad topping, and flavorful taco filling. This recipe comes together with dairy-free butter, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and spices.
This side dish is too delish not to share! Perfect for tacos, salads, etc.
Simply heat skillet, melt dairy-free butter, saute vegetables, season, and enjoy!

2 tablespoons dairy-free butter
2 medium bell peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter.
2. Once butter has melted, cook bell peppers and onion until tender and golden. Stir in garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Let cook, stirring frequently for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, top with lime juice, and serve!
