Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 (12-ounce) bottle Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
Homemade ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons dairy-free butter
1. Line your crockpot and place the chicken and pour in buffalo sauce. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 8 hours.
2. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred using two forks.
3. Add the shredded chicken back to your crockpot. Stir in the ranch dressing mix and butter until well combined.
4. Serve on a toasted bun and enjoy!
