Last year I started yoga and still try to practice weekly, if not more often. Recently I heard about “hip hop yoga” so I had to look it up… This led to me finding BUTI Yoga on YouTube. I tried the 10 minute intro and was hooked!

I must say this was a GREAT WORKOUT. It was super high intensity but mixed with familiar soothing yoga poses. I definitely felt it the next day… And maybe the following day as well…
